Shipping policy

Production time
Every BookBuddies book is personalized and printed to order. After you approve your proof, production takes 2–5 business days before your book ships.

Delivery time
Books are usually printed at a production partner close to your delivery address and shipped with a tracked carrier. After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

- Within the EU and UK: 3–7 business days
- USA: 4–8 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates. They can change with the destination, the shipping method you choose, customs and carrier delays. You'll see the available methods and costs at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the shipping method you choose.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Late orders
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please wait 2 business days and check the tracking. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at bookbuddies@arcline-consulting.com.

Lost orders
If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint and resend it, or refund you if a reprint isn't possible.

Wrong address
Please check your address carefully. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was refused or unclaimed, you'll need to pay for a new order and shipping.
